Running an exotic animal rescue has led to some beautiful photo opportunities! I've had some of these upon my own wall for some time now and they always get positive comments.
Crittery is a well-used and referenced site that provides educational resources and information on a range of common and exotic rodents and small mammals. As a self-funded rescue, life circumstances have now meant that we need support in today's world far more than ever before!
But the world does not need to know more of the sad stories of rescue and the photos and stories of neglect. I want to share the happy photos, the positive thoughts and joy in this work. A Jerboa doesn't know that some people think it looks odd, a Jerboa only cares that it can jump rather more impressively than you! Abused animals need confidence and trust building back up, but they never want to inflict harm, only to protect themselves, have their needs met and live in peace.
I hope that some of the creations I've made here may bring some joy into other people's lives. A percentage of all profits made here will go towards funding the ongoing education and rescue work Crittery undertakes. We may be small, but we have changed a lot of lives along the years - and I want to keep doing so. Please consider supporting us!
