How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
Add an item to your cart to see the shipping options, including prices and timings to your country.
How long will my order take to produce?
The turnaround time for each item and the estimated arrival date is detailed in the 'Shipping & Return Policies' section on each listing. You can receive your order sooner by selecting express shipping at checkout.
Can I get a quote?
We don't issue quotes as our pricing is displayed on each listing. Prices can be found in the "Quantity Required" dropdown menu on each item listing.
Will you send me a proof?
Yes. Once we receive your order, we'll send you a digital copy of the print file to approve prior to print. No item is ever sent to print without approval of proof by the customer.
Can I see a proof before I order?
Sorry, no. We don't start work on any order until we have received payment.
Can you produce both day and evening invitations?
Yes - all of our invitations work as evening invitations, simply by changing the wording.

How do I order & submit my text?
You can find instructions for formatting and submitting your text in the listing (either in the Item Details or in the personalisation field).
Instructions for formatting and submitting envelope addresses can be found in the Envelope Printing listing.
Please follow the instructions carefully to avoid any delays in processing your order.
We are unable to accept PDF's, spreadsheets or word docs, however you can copy and paste your text into a message to us.
I find Etsy confusing!
We know. :(
There are some features of Etsy that need improving.
For example, you may see 2 quantity dropdowns on a listing. In this case, select the quantity required from the "Quantity Required" dropdown menu, and select "1" from the "Quantity" Dropdown.
Confusion also often stems from customers not realising that they can find full details about each product under the "Item Details" section on each listing. Etsy don't make this easy to find, but it's below the "Add to basket" button, and you'll need to expand the section to read it in full. On the desktop site, it will be called "Description" but on a mobile, or in the Etsy app, it's called "Item Details"
