Apologies that your order got lost in mail, I put this down to the craziness that was the Royal Mail cyber attack that happened in early February, unfortunately there were many orders that got lost during that time. However thank you very much for being understanding of the situation.

4 out of 5 starsThe quality was great but I had some problems with shipping. It arrived much later than the expected delivery and there was no communication. I am aware that the problem was outside of their control as it was a problem with the shipping company but it would be nice if that was communicated to people who purchased as I don't live in the UK

Thank you for the review, however just to somewhat rebuttal your point. I am not sure what communication your were hoping for. We do not live at your address, nor do we operate the postal service. You did not inform us the order was delayed so genuinely I am very unsure as to what information you believe we could have communicated to you? That aside, we appreciate the business and the review and wish you a plesant rest of your day.
