I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband. The seller was responsive and polite, and rushed the order. So no problems with seller or shipping delays, but overall quality of item is lacking. I was expecting an actual wood box with monogramed engraving on glass with leather interior (I would even go for pleather if case was made of real wood). Instead, the case itself is a hard plastic with a clear acyclic "glass" and a monogramed stick-on decal. My husband seems to like it, so I will keep it, but not worth the couple hundred-dollar price tag.
