Brief Back Story

From as long as I can remember I have always had a craft or two on the go: from candle making to drawing, card making to knitting, and cross stitch to making bracelets; there can't be many that I haven't tried at some point. But whatever craft I've tried my hand at, two things are always present - I like my creations to be cute, and I like my creations to be colourful. In fact, I like everything in my life this way, and my designs reflect the world I want to live in.

This humble store is my creative outlet, helping me connect to like minded individuals, and a simpler world when it was common for everyone to make their own crafts and gifts. I don't know how successful 'Cute&Colourful' will be as it is brand new here on etsy; but I take pride in my work, enjoy the process, and know that I at least will love every item for sale.

Welcome to 'Cute&Colourful'!

Through my handmade crafts I hope to express two of my greatest passions - a love of all things cute and colourful; and a fascination for vintage, traditional & 'do it yourself' ways of life.

Using mostly polymer clay and felt, I focus on making items that make me smile, as well as having a practical purpose. Thank You for taking a look. I really hope you find something cute and colourful here that makes You smile too.

Returns and exchanges
Please contact me first with any issues you may have with your purchases and I will do my best to resolve them.

If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, I will give a full refund (minus post and packaging) provided the item/s are returned to me in their original condition within 7 days from delivery. Please ensure appropriate packaging is used for their safe return as broken or lost items can not be refunded.

Custom design orders are non refundable.
Payment
I accept Paypal and credit/debit card payments. You do not need a Paypal account in order to pay with a credit/debit card, but payment is still processed through the Paypal site. Payment must be received within two days after the end of sale or I have the right to cancel the sale.
Delivery
I post items first class, via Royal Mail.
