Where is my order? Is my order tracked?
We offer a tracked service, which available at the checkout.
Upgrading to tracking allows you to follow your package's journey, as well as give you peace of mind that it hasn't been lost.
Can I get a refund if my package is lost?
If your order has been sent internationally (USA, Europe) there may be a delay in the speed of your delivery. While international deliveries usually arrive within 10 working days from the dispatch date, please allow up to 60 days for delivery.
In the event of a lost tracked parcel, we can refund you upon proof from the courier that your parcel has not been successfully delivered.
In the event of a lost untracked parcel, it is at our discretion whether to refund you if your parcel not been successfully delivered.
