Where is my order?
All items are made to order and are fulfilled within 7 days. If you have not received a shipping notification it means I am still in the process of making your order. I work full time and my Etsy and illustration is a hobby in my spare time, so please be patient ♥
If you require your order by a certain date please let me know.

My order has dispatched but it has not arrived. Where is it?
All orders are sent First Class (U.K.) or International Standard (everywhere else). THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING. If you would like to track your order, please purchase upgraded shipping when paying for your order. I highly recommend this!
If your order has already shipped 1st Class/International Standard, we cannot track it.
Please see the following estimated shipping guidelines:
U.K: 1-3 business days
Europe: 5-7 business days
US: 5-7 business days
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
If your order has not arrived within this time frame, we will need to wait 20 business days after the expected delivery date to report it missing. I can then send a replacement to you using the same delivery method you purchased.
