I was looking for an urn for my white German Shepherd that passed away recently and came across this shop. She was extremely kind and patient answering my questions and did an amazing job. It looks exactly like the photo I sent her.

I had never bought from Etsy so I was apprehensive about buying such a personal item, but so glad I did! My dog had passed away and I had his ashes in a small tube, I knew I wanted something special to keep his ashes in and a personalised sculpture of him seemed a good idea but far - fetched. I had no idea if it would be even close to the detail I wished for. I can honestly say from start to finish Claire made the process so incredibly easy and comfortable. I sent photos to her of my pug and she understood the importance of it looking exactly like him. Every stage of the process she sent me photos to ensure I was happy. I have now received the sculpture and it’s the best thing I’ve ever bought. The level of talent is unreal. Thank you so so much for bringing life back (in a different form of course) in my late dog. The quality of my sculpture is 2nd to none, When it arrived We was out but my son was in so he unpacked it and put our darling Rodney on the stairs and when we came in it was like he had come back home, we are so pleased with him, Thank you so much Claire we will treasure him.
