Beautiful handmade concrete homewares made with love at our farmhouse in the heart of Northumberland.
Dalla Mano Designs is a small family business run by myself, Emma and my lovely hubby Steve, together we produce bespoke handmade concrete homewares and designs from our farmhouse in the heart of the beautiful Northumbrian countryside.
As with many small businesses, we started out by making gifts for friends and family, and then the friends of friends and family! We’re still very much a small, hands on operation and quite often our teenage children, Lottie and Felix, will be found helping out.
Since then our range has grown to include sinks, coffee tables, dining tables and garden benches. We’re now selling our handmade homewares across the UK and Europe. Who would have thought?!

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are happy to issue a refund or an exchange on any item ordered from us within 30 days of sale. Drop us an email using our contact form with your order number and we can let you know the returns address and other information you may need.
MY ORDER TURNED UP BROKEN!
Sometimes accidents happen and even though we try our hardest to make sure your order arrives safe, once it’s in the hands of the courier accidents may happen. If so and this has happened to you, don't worry! just send us a photograph of your unhappy order and we will try our best to resolve the situation.
ORDER NOT TURNED UP?
Let us know and we will do our best to resolve the situation, sometimes delivery companies get us in sticky situations however we will do our best to get the problem rectified as soon as we can!
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We can be very busy and as a small company we don't have super robots to package our things and move them round a warehouse like Amazon does. We may take slightly longer to get our products to you in busy periods. Just let us know if you would like something super fast and we will do our best to get it out to you ASAP.
We will do our best to post all of our parcels the following day.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We strongly believe that there is nothing better than shopping local. So to make this easier for you guys if you live local to us then we offer free delivery. If your post code begins with NE61 we can hand deliver your order however small or large it may be. Just drop us a message and we shall get it organised.
SHIPPING LARGE FURNITURE
If something may be too large to ship, like a piece of furniture for instance or you would like to arrange something a bit different to suit your needs, head over to our contact us page and drop us a line.
