If when receiving an item you mistakenly thought it would be something other than clearly advertised/stated in description.
A full refund will not be eligible due to the product being as stated in description and photo. I cannot be held responsible for a buyers misreading or presuming a product to be something other than advertised. I am a seller not a magician or mind reader.

International Shipping times
I cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping once shipped and tracking provided. The tracking details provided to seller are the same as I have and I cannot check any further in detail than yourself. The item has been handed over to a third party and I cannot be held responsible for their service. Please take up all concerns with the delivery company provided. Delays can happen across USA as the item is moved from state to state. Only if an item is confirmed by the courier as lost will I resend a duplicate item. If the 'lost' item is then delivered the buyer must return said item.
