DIGITAL Items are non returnable and can not be exchanged or cancelled.
RETURNS POLICY for PHYSICAL GOOD.
For Non Sale & Non Clearance Items
If you have purchased a general stock item, PLEASE contact me PRIOR to returning so I can email you the SPECIFIC return address. (You could also re-gift ;) )
The customer is responsible for 'Signed For' or 'Registered Shipping' costs on returns & exchanges.
Please pack the items very carefully (Loose keys, free pendants, charms & notebooks will cause damage during transit) and please return it via "signed for" or "register post" ONLY, and email me the reference number and company used.
Please retain PROOF OF POSTAGE.
ALL free accessories, including velvet and cotton pouches, keys, pendants, notebooks, and all FREE items must be returned in an unused condition.
Once I have received the items safely, I'll issue a refund within 7 working days. Please be aware that the original postage fees will not be refunded.

Items have been greatly reduced in price and are non returnable and can not be exchanged.
PERSONALISED, BESPOKE & COMMISSIONS.
If your item was CUSTOMIZED / PERSONALISED, BESPOKE, ONE OF A KIND, or a COMMISSIONED they are not returnable and can not be exchanged.
Payment
Preferred Payment is via PAYPAL (using other methods can mean a wait of up to 5 working days before the money reaches a sellers account).
You don't have to open a PayPal account in order to pay, you can use a Credit or Visa card via PayPal
Delivery
Which allows everyone to follow a packages delivery progress.
UNLESS you request the responsibility of your item/s being shipped/posted to you by another method - (Details are below in Additional Information).
Under normal circumstances, and weather permitting, I will post item/s within 5 working days for stock items.
For bespoke and commissioned pieces please see the individual listing. Bank holidays or public holidays do not count as working day.
I will email you via Etsy, your tracking number so that you are able to chart the progress of your parcel.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Orders shipped to countries outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to State taxes, import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
These fees are the the buyers responsibility.
If you think this will be an issue you may want to contact your local customs office, before purchasing, to get further information.
Unfortunately, when random customs clearance is carried out, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery date estimated.

If you require another form of shipping you are agreeing to take full responsibility for the package once it leaves my hands.

2. Tracked (only inside the UK For overseas orders only)
3. Untracked airmail
4. Untracked mail (via a Snail I think 😬 )
Please note that if I have an active email address for you, I will provide you with the proof of postage, but changing from Track & Signed, to one of these 4 delivery method, will mean that you willingly take full responsibility for the package once it leaves my hands.
NB... That is not to say that I will not do all I can to help if anything untoward should happen.

If the box you like has been sold, and/or you would like to commission a similar design, drop me a line here on etsy.
Please note that I will not be able to produce an exact replica, as I only do 'one-of-a-kinds', but I'm sure I will be able to produce something that incorporates the major design features.
Commissioned, customised and bespoke pieces will incur additional design costs. Please contact me for details.
