Designesr Shop Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026

This policy explains how I collect, use, and protect personal information when you purchase a digital item from my Etsy shop or contact me about an order.

Information I receive
When you place an order or contact me, Etsy may provide information needed to complete the transaction and provide customer support, such as your Etsy username, name, contact details, order information, and transaction details. Etsy processes payments through its own payment system. For digital downloads, Etsy handles the purchase and download process.

How I use information
I use buyer information only as needed to fulfill orders, provide customer support, communicate about a transaction, comply with legal and tax obligations, and protect my shop and other users.

Information sharing
I share information only with Etsy as needed to operate my shop and fulfill orders, or when disclosure is required by law. I do not sell buyer information or use it for unsolicited marketing.

Pinterest content workflow
I may use public information about my listings, such as a listing title, public listing URL, and product description, to draft Pinterest content with Google Gemini. If I choose to publish a Pin, Pinterest receives the Pin content, image, and destination link. I do not send buyer names, contact details, order information, or private messages to Gemini or Pinterest through this workflow.

Data retention
I keep buyer information only for as long as needed to provide shop services and meet applicable legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. Etsy may retain information under its own policies and settings.

Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information I hold, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Contact me through Etsy Messages for a privacy-related request. For information held by Etsy, please contact Etsy directly.

Third-party services
Etsy, Google, and Pinterest operate under their own privacy policies when you use their services. This policy does not describe or replace Etsy’s own privacy practices.
