We offer two levels of shipping for international orders- one basic and one fully tracked. All of our parcels are insured, if your order has not been received within 25 working days you are entitled to a refund or exchange. Estimated delivery dates are provided by Etsy and Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. If you believe your order has been lost, or is significantly delayed, please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to remedy the situation.

All of our listings contain size guides and photos of our dogs modelling the products for reference. If you need any help with sizing, just get in touch with your dog's breed, weight and neck size.

We're always happy to accept returns/exchanges that arrive in an unused, resellable condition. However, most of our orders are international so there's a few things you should know and bear in mind when you're getting your parcel ready to return to us.

-You may incur customs charges- always make sure you've selected the right category on the customs form. We are not responsible for any customs/import fees on returns, these must be paid by the sender.

-Put an accurate value on the parcel. If you are returning part of an order, remember to adjust the value/weight- you don't want to pay customs charges on an item you didn't send.

-We always recommend tracked shipping. If your order gets lost in the mail and you cannot prove that it was sent, not only will you not be eligible for a refund, but you won't be able to raise a case with your courier.

-Please bear in mind that if you are returning an item to us for exchange, it will likely take twice as long as the original delivery as the item will need to make it back to us before we dispatch your replacement. We always keep in touch with updates where possible.

We don't want our international customers to feel that they can't return our products, but we like to be honest and transparent as international mail can be costly (we often subsidise postage costs to keep our products affordable).
