Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order.
Payment
If "RESERVED" on the title of the items, only the person who reserved the item can purchase. I will cancel the payment if you do not reserved the item and purchased.
Delivery
Please be aware that I sometimes recycle external packaging when the option is available to me. If you do not share my green values (or if you would like to set them aside temporarily) please specifically request shiny new packaging and I will happily comply.
Custom orders are not returnable or refundable due to the nature of the order.
Once you have paid for an item(s), it will definitely NOT be altered free of charge.
Before work on custom orders can commence, payment is required in full for items totaling £50 or less.
For items totaling £50.01 or more, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required with the balance being paid upon completion.
I aim to post your jewellery out within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please allow for extra time over weekends & holidays as the Post Office will be closed.
I will send all UK purchases via "Royal Mail First Class Signed for". Estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 working days.
International orders are sent via - Royal Mail International Tracked and Sighed ONLY.
International orders usually take 3-5 weeks.
Due to Brexit, the delivery is very chaotic and I want to make sure my customers receive their items securely. You can only choose International tracked and signed.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any duties and customs charges associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Alternative postage methods, guaranteed next-day delivery for example, are available at extra cost.

I cannot refund for packages lost by the postal services as I have already offered tracked posting only.

Please note :
The shop items are made of natural gemstone, so natural dents, scratch and cracks may present.
Product care :
* Please remove jewellery before bathing. Avoid hot water as can cause stretching of bracelets.
* Do not use the bracelet for any other purposes (e.g. hair band etc)
* Avoid leaving the crystal in the sunlight as it may fade the colour
* Placing the crystal in the moonlight for a few hours will recharge its energy.
