It is rare to receive such a personal, caring, outstanding customer service that isn't just about making money The item was really beautiful, absolutely as described but as I had a personal issue with the receiver not being able to wear wool, Dot was happy to make an exception and take it back. Communication was instant, huge understanding as the return was delayed thanks to postal strike and nothing but warmth and helpfulness throughout.
