Announcement    ⭐️⭐️ POST UPDATE - ⭐️⭐️ (as of the 13th January 2021).

International Orders:: Please be aware before ordering that there are still severe problems with delivery times for International Orders. Orders to the USA appear to be significantly delayed again, in some cases taking 4 - 6 weeks plus to arrive depending on local circumstances.
(Unless the tracked postage option is chosen at checkout- the order will be sent as an International standard parcel which is not traceable within the system.)
Please be patient and allow extra time for your order to arrive - your patience is much appreciated as once the order is in the postal system the delivery time is out of my hands. Thank you for your understanding.

All Orders:: My Post Office days are limited to two days a week and I will be trying to go on Mondays & Fridays. Your order may not be dispatched immediately but it will be dispatched between 1 - 5 working days.

      I have been sewing and creating since I was little. After graduating from university I spend every spare minute working on my Stitchscapes and growing my little 'scape empire!

      The Mother is my silent helper, cutting up fabrics and threads for my kits and being supportive throughout. A lifelong stitcher and embroiderer herself, she's the best person to ask advice and a fab right hand lady!

      Another of my amazing helpers who sits and cuts threads for me in his spare time, helps me man my craft stalls, sets up, takes down, smiles winningly at everybody and has a lovely twinkle in his eye!!

    COVID-19 Delivery Times

    Please be aware that with ongoing restrictions I am only posting twice a week and will be regularly posting on Mondays and Fridays to reduce exposure for myself and my family. This may change depending on our local situation but if there is a severe delay I will contact my customers to let them know of any problems as soon as possible.
    Deliveries outside of the UK are often severely delayed and I have had reports of orders taking 4 - 5 weeks to arrive so please be patient as they are taking a while to get through depending on your local circumstances and additional precautions.

    International Postage Tracking

    The majority of my products posted outside of the UK will be sent as International Standard through Royal Mail. This is not a tracked service so I will not be able to provide any tracking information on your order.
    As I understand it, items that are sent as International Tracked will only be tracked to the UK border and then documented as received once at it's final destination - it is not able to be tracked through postal services outside of the UK.

    Christmas 2021 Last Postage Dates

    If you are ordering for Christmas gifts please note the below Royal Mail postage cut off dates. If you place an order after your country recommended cut off I will still post it but it may not arrive before Christmas. Please note that there are also severe delays in the postal system due to lingering COVID-19 restrictions and reduced travel, on top of the usual Christmas rush- especially in the USA and Canada so I'm not able to absolutely guarantee pre-Christmas arrival.
