5 out of 5 starsWhat can I say? The fact that I can have my beloved boy with me always is such a gift. I want to remember how he was always by my side and always will be. I couldn't recommended Kristy enough. Even though her workshop was officially temporarily closed and we're in the middle of covid lock down she created this bead for me. Kristy kept me in the loop of the process from options to receipt to dispatch. In the nicest possible way hope I won't need to contact her for a while but I will be back. Thank you Kristy ❤️

5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely beautiful. Fits perfectly on my trollbead bracelet and the colours are gorgeous. My brother bought me the star bracelet for xmas so the 2 blues i chose blend in so well with the beads already on it . Great communication and photos throughout. Demon was a massive part of my life for 14 years and now he can be with me still. Brilliant creator who i can't thank enough xx

I will definitely be recommending you to my family & friends, I must say I was a little sceptical as your prices were half the price of other places I'd looked but so glad I went with my gut instinct. Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalised orders
I have more stock available (for markets) than is listed on Etsy, so if you want something in a different colour, I may already have it in stock. If not, I am always happy to make custom orders, it will of course just take me a little while to get it made and posted.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All my jewellery is sent out in a small gift bag, perfect for presents. If you would like me to post it directly to the recipient with a personalised note, please just ask.
Multiple pieces may be placed in the same bag; let me know if you'd like them in separate gift bags.
How long does it take to make Memory Beads?
It currently takes around 15-20 working days from the date I receive the hair/fur or ashes to complete the order and get it in the post. Large orders may of course take a little longer.
It may also take longer during busy periods, such as the run up to Christmas. If I expect your order to take longer than usual, I will be sure to let you know.
If your order is intended as a present, please be sure to get in touch before ordering to ensure I am able to meet your deadline.
Can I cancel my custom order?
I don't accept cancellations for custom orders once work has started, but if you change your mind before then, please do get in touch straight away, but please take note of the terms below:
Since custom orders (such as memory beads) typically involve a fair bit of time discussing the order, an administration fee of 20% will be levied on cancellations. This fee may occasionally be reduced or waived entirely at my discretion, and only in exceptional circumstances.
I may cancel and refund memory bead orders if the ashes/hair or fur for inclusion are not received within a reasonable timescale. I will message you more than once before doing so, in an attempt to resolve the issue. Such cancellations will always incur an administration fee.
