Please note: You will receive the item pictured in the listing that you order from. You will receive the color and size of bag you choose from our drop down menu. Changes of any kind (other than font and color for the name) will NOT be honored without prior approval and may incur an additional charge to make a change. Orders will NOT be canceled because of change requests that we cannot honor.

I already knew it didn’t when I purchased it but just thought if it did it be a super cool bag. I purchased the large size.

How long will my order take to ship?
All items ship via USPS. First class is standard, and typically arrives in 3-4 days in the continental US.

Why Two Week Production?
All items are individually MADE TO ORDER. We try to keep stock of all materials, but do not have completed items on hand. This means we fill items on a first come, first serve basis.
Will my item ship faster without personalization?
No. Whether you order a reusable bag, pencil case, or another item, we embroider and make the item when you order it. With or without name does not change your production speed.
Why don't we accept cancellations?
Companies that offer personalized products typically do not allow orders to be canceled. For us, we start setting aside materials right away. We are a small company so changes and cancellations really halt our production and interfere with workflow. Please just be sure of your need by date, size, color, and any changes you need to make BEFORE ordering.
