5 out of 5 starsThis is my second order from DuskBridal (the first was for my wedding dress petticoat!) I purchased a petticoat for a client of mine (custom wedding dress). The seller is super responsive to messages and very helpful. Shipping was forever to the United States, but that's not the seller's fault. From order to arrival, it was about 2 months. Saved me a lot of time and my client money. I highly recommend steaming the petticoat prior to putting it on. They come pretty deflated due to being packaged. Steam will help them fluff up and reach their true potential.

With several years of bridal experience and after an unexpected change in circumstance, I set up Dusk Bridal in 2015 in our Yorkshire based design room; carefully and skillfully building a collection of dresses and accessories for our web based shop, offering quality products worldwide, aimed at the modern, off-beat bride. And we haven't looked back since!
Returning to work from maternity leave in Summer 2019, with an extra little helper now in tow, we're looking forward to creating more and more beautiful items for all of our fantastic customers - we love nothing more than helping each one of our brides realise their glittery, rainbow-filled dreams, whatever your requirements!
All of our items are available to be purchased directly from our collection via our etsy shop, but we are also happy to discuss individual requests – be it making a small change to one of our existing designs, or drawing up something new and exclusive.
We pride ourselves not only on our unique designs and our ability to achieve what you’re looking for in wedding attire but also on our superb customer service and welcome all enquiries.

Payment
Order cancellations will incur charges to cover the cost of materials. If order has been completed full payment will be kept.
Delivery
Your item will be made to order. Please see individual listings for production timescales - or contact us for more information. Remember to allow additional time before your wedding date for any small alterations to be made by your local seamstress if required. If you’re looking for an item at short notice then please contact us.
All Dusk Bridal items are made by hand to order and although we’re sure you’ll be delighted with your purchase, they are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable. If you are unhappy for any reason please let us know so we can hope to rectify the problem.
Our mail order items are made to our size and manufacturers specifications and although we strive to produce items of the highest quality, we do not guarantee a perfectly fitting garment. We recommend you book a fitting with your local seamstress to have any minor alterations made for your perfect fit.
UK mainland orders will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For and will usually be delivered the following day after posting.
Orders outside of the UK mainland will be sent by Airmail International tracked and signed for. Customers are responsible for any customs charges.
Orders over £100 are eligible for free delivery within UK mainland. Orders below this amount incur a delivery charge amounting to the total stated in the listing.
