Accepted payment methods

I don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact me as soon as possible and I'll arrange a full refund, including postage costs.
If you wish to cancel after an item has been dispatched, please contact me to let me know you are returning it. Then send it back to me in the condition in which it was received, including photos of damaged packaging if appropriate, and retain your proof of posting in case I have to raise an issue with Royal Mail. Once I have recieved the item, I will refund the cost of the item(s) sent to you.
Please note that any postage charged is non-refundable for any orders which have been dispatched.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for crochet patterns or items available for instant download. However, I do want you to be happy with your purchase and I will offer as much support as you need to help you complete your project.

Delivery
If you are still having problems, please message me with your order number and I'll forward the files manually.
All other orders are dispatched from the UK and are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you safely.
UK (DOMESTIC) ORDERS:
Orders dispatched for delivery within the UK will be posted by Royal Mail.
Domestic parcels are NOT insured. If you would like to add insurance or signature on delivery to your parcel for an additional fee, please contact me so I can arrange this and recalculate your shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders are dispatched by Airmail.
All international parcels are NOT insured. If you would like to add insurance for an additional fee, please do contact me.
I do not offer tracking on international parcels.
Although most items will reach international destinations within 7-10 working days, I cannot be held responsible for delays at customs or for busier times of the year. Please allow 30 days for international deliveries before reporting an item lost. After this time I will either refund your item or send a replacement, whichever you would prefer.
