How quickly packages are dispatched?
I do my best to dispatch packages very quickly, usually within 1-2 days. Before shipping, I carefully check everything myself to ensure the highest level of quality.
Does the price include shipping?
Yes, the price you see for the art print includes shipping right to your door. By purchasing my art print, you will receive a unique piece created from my original watercolor painting. This artwork is exclusively available through my own shops and not sold on any other platform.
Are the prints in Elfencode shop framed?
All prints in my shop are not framed. They come as pieces of material that need to be placed under your own frame or frames.
What is the best way to frame the canvas art prints?
The canvas art prints in my shop can be framed in a standard picture frame, just like a sheet of poster paper. Canvas is a flat piece of material that can be easily placed in a frame.
Is it possible to request additional canvas material for stretching?
Please note that the canvas is sold as a piece of material which comes in a tube and does not include any type of frame. You will need to provide your own frame(s).
If you would like to have your canvas wrapped around a wooden frame once it arrives, please contact me after your purchase. I can add more room for stretching to accommodate framing.
The costs for additional canvas material are as follows:
5x7 inches up to 10x13 inches: $6.50 USD per piece in a set
11x14 inches up to 24x36 inches: $10 USD per piece in a set

Canvas offers several advantages over poster paper when it comes to framing. While both materials are easy to frame, canvas is more durable and less prone to damage. It also has a unique texture that adds sophistication to the artwork. Canvas prints can retain their quality for many years, making them a long-term investment.

Is personalization possible for the products?
Yes, personalization is possible! However, please always contact me with your final idea before placing an order to ensure that I can fulfill your request.
Custom items do take a little extra time to create. Once we have a design, we will set a price and you can purchase your item but you are not obliged to.
How are the sizes listed for prints sold in a set?
For prints sold in a set, the size is listed for each individual print, allowing you to choose the perfect arrangement for your display.
