F.A.Q:
Q: "Can I get 'X' but in a different size?"
A: Of course! I don't mind altering sizes of sub badges & emotes. Please feel free to message and I can set up a custom listing for you.

Q: "Do you do custom alterations of items in the shop?"
A: Yes I do! This applies for all products in the shop. Some may be free (eg. needed an extra panel), some may need a custom listing (eg. wanting a "Computer Overlay" in Orange) and some may need an extra fee (eg. redoing a full animated stream package in a different colour). Feel free to message with queries and for quotes.

F.A.Q:
Q: "It's a ZIP file and I can't upload that or use it. Help!"
A: A ZIP file is a file format that lets you compress lots of items together. To open the ZIP file on a Windows computer right click on the file, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions. On a Mac computer you can just double click it and it will open. Etsy has limited slots to upload digital files. I have to compress it into a ZIP folder otherwise I'd have to have several listings for 1 set. A lot of digital items on Etsy are compressed into ZIP folders for this reason. If you are struggling to open it please message after purchase and I can email you the file separately.

Q: "Do you do custom design work? Like for emotes or overlays?"
I do! I freelance as a designer and have experience in streaming elements, logo design, branding, print and video. I have a full list with prices over on my website: https://www.ellyishstudios.com/commission

Q: "Can I get a refund even though I've downloaded the item?"
A: Sadly not. Too many have bought, downloaded & cancelled the orders on me. I hate that I now have to have this policy in place due to a few stealing from a small business. If I can see you haven't downloaded the item however please DM me.

Q: "This item isn't uploading to Twitch properly, can you help?"
A: Of course. Please make sure to double check dimensions of the emotes/channel points/sub badges before buying. Items are listed with sizes in the description and on the listing images. I don't mind altering sizes if you need an item you've purchased in a different size.

Q: "I'd love to credit you for your work, what's the best way to do that?"
A: Thank you so much, credit is always really appreciated! There's a couple of ways you can do, one being via Twitch. You can write a credit in your panels and link to my Etsy shop or my Twitch channel. Twitch has a feature now were you can tag artists for your emotes. You can tag me via my channel: https://www.twitch.tv/ellyishstudios. Another way is by tagging me on Twitter and Instagram @EllyishStudios!
