Thank you so much for the beautiful embroidery, my koala obsessed daughter is so excited to have it on her bedroom wall, she thinks the baby koala "is the cutest". I agree it's beautifully made and was beautifully and securely packaged, it arrived promptly and the hand written note was a lovely and appreciated personal touch.

I cannot say enough good things about Callum and her shop. We did have some shipping delays through no fault of hers, but when I notified her I had not received my package she immediately responded and credited me. Well three weeks later my package arrived!
