This buyer received proof of postage and full tracking information. The tracking information shows that it was delivered and signed for by the customer. However, the customer claims she was not the one that signed for it. She told me that she believes her parcel was left by her bins by the courier on the same date and time that her waste was taken away by the bin lorries and that this is what she assumes happened to the parcel. I am sorry that the customer is disappointed, but I have played my part in assisting the customer since the time the order was placed in order to try and track down the parcel. I have been very responsive with my messages and have followed all appropriate channels to try and source the parcel. This customer has received a full refund for her lost item.
