When will my order be shipped?
I work by event date so regardless of the day of your order been placed, it will be processed in a way for you to receive at least a week prior your event. If you have any concern about it before placing your order, don't hesitate and message me.
How long does it takes if I buy this today?
My processing time varies according to the amount of orders I have at the moment, but my base time to create an order is 1 - 2 weeks. Please notice that the order processing time and the shipping time are 2 different things.
The processing time: it is the time it takes me to create and put together your order.
The shipping time: it is time it takes to reach your destination according to the shipping method you choose. So you have to count this time on top of the processing time.
Shipping method: USPS standard 2 to 6 days / USPS priority 1 to 4 days (depending on your location)
Can I cancel my order?
If you changed your mind and would like you cancel your order, please do so within 24hrs of purchased, for all full refund. Anything after 24hrs will have a 10% cancelation fee.
My order didn't arrive by my event date?
I will do my best to ensure that you receive your package on time for the date of your event provided with the order. However, I can never guarantee that a package will arrive by a specific date and therefore will not offer a full refund if your package does not arrive on time due to delays caused by the mail carrier. Please make sure that when you are ordering you allow enough time to receive your item to avoid this issue.
My order was shipped to the wrong address?
The customer is responsible for the address entered when placing an order and therefore I will not issue a refund for this mistake. Please make sure that you verify your address before placing your order, to avoid shipping delays or the item being deliver to the incorrect address.
