    About

    For the love of design

    Regalia started in a slow way, more of a hobby than a real business and it was born out of a desire to work for myself and to create something. A special place where people can come for ideas and inspiration, great design, great value and something different and unusal for their homes.

    We source all our products from people we know and love, we build up trust so that we can buy at the right price and sell to you at the right price. We travel through out the UK and always on our travels, where ever that may take us.

    Our customers both great Etsy customers and those who come to our shop in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, include, restaurants and bars, interior designers, photographers and a loyal group of individuals with an equal love of something old, maybe quirky and certainly individual!

    Welcome to our shop. Regalia means objects, bits and pieces, memorabilia - so if you are looking for an item for your home that will mean something to you, we would like you to look no further. We love things antique and vintage. We love items with a history, a story to tell, a past. If you are looking for a perfect item, please don't buy from us, by the very nature of antique and vintage you should expect some wear and tear.

    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalised orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    Returns and exchange details
    If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photograph of the damaged item. We will ask you to send the item back to us at your cost, when we have reviewed the damage, a refund or exchange can be arranged.

    If an item has not arrived within 14 days of despatch, please contact us and we will track the item for you.

    As we say in all our listings, our items are not perfect and should not be expected to be. We take extreme care when photographing to show an items flaws and imperfections and they are all vintage or based on vintage items.

    If for any reason you are not happy with the item, you have the law on your side and you can return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The postage and packing charge cannot be refunded and you must pay for the full cost of return package.
    Payment
    We accept paypal payments through the shop. If you do not have a paypal account, it is easy to pay, just click on the link and you can pay with your credit card. We also accept Etsy Gift cards. Orders will not be despatched until payment has been received. If for any reason the item cannot be shipped a full refund, less paypal and etsy charges will be given.

    We are happy to hold an item for Etsy customers and will make a reserved listing on receipt of a deposit, agreed at the time.
    Shipping
    UK delivery price is quoted as an estimated price on all items. If you need to, please ask for a specific packing and carriage price before ordering. Delivery can usually be arranged within 2-3 business days of order. You will be informed of the despatch date. At the time of purchase exact price will be calculated using our prefered UK Courier. We will need an exact delivery address and usually a telephone number to be able to calculate this, so please be patient! Overseas delivery prices will be quoted when requested.

    For custom orders, sourcing enquiries and trade terms, please contact us with your enquiry. We do a lot of sourcing for our customers from the shop and can provide references. We offer a design service and unique painting.
