I’m happy to help customize an existing piece to make it uniquely yours. Whether you'd like a small modification such as a different length, pearl color, metal finish, or another variation, please contact me before placing your order to discuss your request. A custom listing may be created for approved modifications.

Please note that I am currently only accepting customizations and modifications to existing Ennée Perle designs and am not accepting requests for completely new custom designs.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for approved customizations and special orders, as additional material sourcing may be required.

Due to the personalized nature of custom and special orders, all sales are final and not eligible for returns or refund

Once an order has been shipped, Ennée Perle is not liable for delays, loss, theft, damage, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the buyer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to initiate a search or file a claim, if applicable.

International buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.

To help ensure your jewelry arrives with plenty of time before your special day, I recommend placing international orders at least 2 months in advance.

I carefully prepare and ship every order on schedule, but customs processing times vary by country and may add weeks to delivery. Once a package is in transit and undergoing customs clearance, I have no control over the processing time.

For weddings or other time-sensitive events, ordering early allows extra time for unexpected delays.

Many Ennée Perle designs are available in different styles, lengths, metals, and variations. Please carefully review your selections before completing checkout, as each piece is handcrafted specifically according to the options selected at the time of purchase.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only when requested within 7 days of delivery for U.S. orders or 14 days for international orders.

Once a return is initiated, the item must be shipped back within 3 days. Please provide your return tracking number as soon as it has been shipped so I can monitor its delivery.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and included materials. Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged, or returned outside the applicable timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once a shipping label has been created and your order has shipped, I am unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Once an order is in the carrier’s possession, Ennée Perle is not responsible for carrier-related delays, losses, or delivery issues and cannot resolve these issues on the carrier’s behalf. If your package is lost, delayed, or cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation or claim.

Refunds can only be issued when the physical item has been successfully returned to me. If the carrier is unable to locate or recover your package, I unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
