you requested a refund which I agreed to. I asked that you send the item back within 14 days and you declined to do so so. I cant issue refunds if the goods are not going to be returned me. Its been 45 days since you received your item and you have neither answered my message agreeing to your request for a refund nor tried to send the item back. Its a shame that you would not communicate with me as I have sold many of these rings and my customers have been very happy.
