How long does delivery take for USA orders?
Orders within the USA are shipped from our US fulfilment centre and usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days. All parcels include tracking, and delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to the United States. We hope to expand international delivery soon once our new fulfilment setup is complete.
Can I include a gift message?
At present, we’re unable to include personalised gift messages inside the item. However, we can include a short note on the packing slip so your message is still passed on. Each gift arrives beautifully presented and ready to give, with a blank card included for you to add your own message if you wish.
How are your items packaged?
Each set of quote cards is carefully packaged in a sturdy, keepsake-style box designed for protection and presentation. Orders are shipped in strong outer packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
Will a receipt or invoice be included in the parcel?
No pricing information is included in the package. The dispatch slip only shows the recipient’s address and item details so the order can be matched correctly for delivery.
What if my order is lost or the address is incorrect?
All orders are sent using tracked delivery. If a parcel is delayed or confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. If an incorrect address was provided and the parcel is returned to us, we can issue a refund excluding postage. If the error is on our side, a full refund including postage will be provided.
