Helping sentimental, stressed, creative folk to capture memories as miniature stitches by creating their own thread journal with hand embroidery kits

Where it all began...
After the birth of my daughter in 2017, I made the major life decision to leave my successful (but very stressful!) recruitment business.

Desperate for a bit of quiet, creative, “me time” I began embroidering to balance the constant running around after a little person. This quickly developed into my small business, Evans Sent.

Thread journaling is the art of using thread to journal by representing & recording your everyday experiences as miniature stitches. This can be done daily, weekly, monthly or whenever you fancy.

By keeping a visual embroidery journal, you will learn new skills & techniques whilst taking time to reflect on your day or week.

Creating your mini stitches also creates time for gratitude & mindfulness.

A typically flakey crafter who has successfully created my 4th Thread Journal hoop in 2022. The only crafty project that has managed to keep my interest due to its ever changing nature. Excited to share the joy that this project brings!
