5 out of 5 starsVery easy to create and it’s great that we can amend the order of service and edit it. We’ve bought a few things from FabLab and have loved every item. Good quality as well. Thank you!

Shipping & Tracking
All orders are sent out via Royal Mail.
Orders are shipped as standard and no tracking information is provided unless a express shipping upgrade is purchased. Standard postage is reliable and normally arrives within our estimated times. We will do everything we can to help you if an issue arises so please get in touch. If express shipping is purchase we supply tracking information once the order is dispatched.
Personalised Orders
Once you have purchased from one of our listings and supplied your wording you will receive your first digital proof within 24 business hours (excluding weekends, bank holidays etc.). We won't print until we have your sign off. Fab Lab is not responsible for errors on printed stationery that were approved during the proofing process, unless otherwise stated. Please be sure to check your proofs carefully for spellings, punctuation, capitalisation and grammar. We are happy to reprint your stationery at a discount in the case of an error found upon delivery.
Colour Variations
Returns based on colours are not accepted. All computer monitors are different, so your printed order may not match what you see on your monitor. Your order will be close to the colours shown in the digital proof, but due to the custom nature of printing, these colours can vary slightly over time and may not match perfectly. We always make sure each order looks beautiful and that it is as true as possible to our proof. If you would like to be 100% sure we always suggest buying a sample first.
Supplying Photos
All photos submitted should be high resolution (300dpi) as this is one of the best ways to ensure your cards will look great. If you supply a low resolution photo that we think won't print well, we will inform you and suggest ways to improve them.
