Very cute sticker kit!! Can't wait to use it!
Hi, I'm Toni. Everything in my shop is designed, made, posted etc by me. I've always been crafty and studied art and textiles at school and college. I love planning, decorating my planner and use my items in my own planner.

When will I receive my order?
Standard shipping times are listed on each listing. Please be aware that postal delays are out of our control. If you have placed multiple orders and ask me to combine shipping the processing times on your last order will be the times I will process your order by.
Please note international orders may be severely delayed in arriving at the moment due to strain on the postal system. Orders to the US and Australia are tracked, delays are likely, no refunds will be given for delayed orders.

My order is taking longer than expected to arrive or I believe my order is lost in the post?
Covid is effecting these timescales. Timescales are constantly changing.
Please be aware that we are unable to claim an item as lost for 25 working days after the expected due date, (world wide) and 10 working days after the expected due date (uk) 20 working days after the expected delivery date for the EU, as our postal service does not deam a parcel as lost until these timescales have passed. If you have not received your items by these times please contact us. We are unable to refund or replace items before these timescales have passed. We do obtain proof of postage of every order. Should an order arrive damaged I will replace the order/items. A refund will not be avalible on these items and I will require photos of the damage.
The colours of my item are different to what I expected?
Please note colour hues can very depending on your monitor. If you have any questions regarding the colours of an item before purchase feel free to contact us.
Please note that they buyer is liable for any customs charges. These will need to be paid by you and you will be contacted by your postal service to pay these charges.
Why has my item been sent by recorded delivery?
Some orders over £20 may be upgraded to recorded delivery free of charge to enable us to track the order should there be any delivery problems.
I want to return an item
If you would like to return an order it must be in the original packaging inside the envelope, unused. Please contact us before posting to notify us that you are returning the item , obtain proof of postage (you would need this if the item got lost and you had to claim from your postal service). Once we have received you item and checked it is in the condition it was sent (can take 10 days) we will refund your order within 5 working days and Etsy will notify you. Timescales for the refund to reach your bank can vary, please see Etsy guidance for these timescales. Item returned witch are not damaged will not receive a refund on returned items. refunds exclude personalised items.
Why have I not received a tracking number?
Tracking is an upgrade in the shop, if you do not choose this option you will not receive a tracking number.
What can I use my glitter stickers and vinyl decals on?
These have been tested on card and paper fully. They are not reposition-able. We have some some testing on plastic planner covers such as the Erin Condren planners and they stickers sit well but can start to peel after some time, this seams to vary depending on how you have applied the sticker. The stickers can also leave a residue. The stickers have not been used on an other surfaces so we cannot vouch for how they will work. Using the stickers on anything other than paper or card is at your own risk of damaging the item. Refunds will not be issued for stickers/decals applied to any other surface than paper or card. Stickers should be applied with tweezers on transfer tape and refunds will not be given if they have been applied differently
What are my sticker sheets, vinyl decal and vellum different?
All items in the shop are all handmade so no two items will be the same. The cuts/ colour/ textures may differ. all items have a 2mm margin of error, including the cut lines on stickers.
