Thanks for visiting Faded Grey! We hope you like what you see. Upcycling furniture really floats our boat. We pick pieces for their quality and quirkiness and treat them with lashings of love, care and affection. We put them through their paces with sanding, priming, at least a couple of coats of paint, and finish with both clear and dark wax, or occasionally a matt clear varnish for extra durability. Some are sleek and glossy, others get distressed around the edges - each piece is unique but is given a great big furniture cuddle and sent on it's way with a spring in it's step and a smile on it's face.
