Payment is required within 3 working days of the order being placed.
Faith Treasury will fulfil the order requirements unless items are out of stock. In this instance, we will contact you and give the choice to either wait for the stock to be dispatched or cancel your order.

DISPATCH OF ALL ORDERS: We always aim to dispatch all stock items within 48 hours of when your order is processed through the web site. There may be the odd occasion when this may not happen due to unforeseen circumstances. If this is the case, we will always try to send an email to advise you of any changes. If something is out of stock you will be advised of the expected delivery date; again we will always keep you informed.

ARRIVAL OF ALL ORDERS: The majority of our goods are sent via Royal Mail. We always aim to send your goods by the quickest possible delivery method but we cannot be responsible for delays due to the mail service. Most deliveries will be delivered to you within 4 working days but during busy periods like Christmas, these deliveries may take a day or two longer.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on the web site is accurate.
