Note from shop owner Hello dear friends, life has taken over. The shop will be on holiday until the end of July. I hope to relaunch again then with a whole range of newly dyed fibres and yarns. Till then, thank you for your support.

Thank you for visiting my shop. I hope you like what you have seen. The Fibre Workshop (thats me, Jenn) creates these unique things using sustainable natural fibres that come from as close to me as possible. I work with farm fresh fleeces, cleaning them preparing them by hand. Whilst I take a great deal of care in the preparation of materials sometimes vegetation and natural variations get past me. This is inherent in the nature of the raw materials I use.
I will always try to describe and portray my fibre products and hand spun yarns as fully as possible and be truthful and honest in my descriptions. Each fibre product and hand spun skein of yarn is hand made and therefore variances will occur.
I will always trade in a fair and ethical manner and expect the same curtesy from my valued customers.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
Each of my fibre products and handspun yarns are hand made therefore there will be variations. Each query or problem will be treated separately and on it's own merits.
Shipping
All of my products will be sent within 1 - 2 days after payment has cleared. I use Royal Mail First Class post, and try to stay as close as possible to the actual shipping and packaging costs. Any yarns sent overseas will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail and will therefore be non trackable, unless specifically requested, and delivery costs considerable higher but will be quoted on a sale by sale basis prior to purchase.
Please note that international buyers are also responsible for taxes, duties or any other costs incurred in shipping the yarns to your specific country.
I protect the yarns in resealable bags, and mail them in soft plastic mailbags.
