I am not responsible for lost or returned mail if the address is incorrect. If the mail is returned to me, I will happily post the item back to you but you will have to pay the return shipping.

Delays of a few days are not uncommon for overseas postage. Longer delays are rare but can happen.

I use the strongest nails available as a base and then all the materials I use to create my designs are top salon quality base coats, gel polishes and I finish them with a gel coat (1 or 2) which seals all the detail work and gives extra durability to the finished product.
Please note my press on nails are not acrylic press on nails

Cut a small strip of tape (for example scotch tape) and apply across the widest part of the nail. Make sure you press the tape into the sides of your nail! Use a pen and mark on each side of your nail. Peel off and measure the distance (mm) between the two marks with a ruler :)
Check the size chart on the listing to see if your measurements match up to one of the pre-defined size options - you can find them in each listing. If they don't, just leave me a note at the checkout with your measurements.
Please note that I can't be responsible if the incorrect size nails are ordered.

A professional nail glue and nail adhesive tabs are available to purchase in my shop. They are not included in your small preparation kit.

Please note, that a nail glue is only available for UK orders as we are unable to ship nail glue outside of the United Kingdom for legal reasons.

Once a package has been sent with Royal Mail/USPS/ other post service and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, Fife Fantasi Nails hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery. Fife Fantasi Nails assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.

If your order was marked as “delivered” by Royal Mail/ USPS/ other post services and it’s missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office.

Fife Fantasi Nails is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond my control. Once I hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
