The delivery times stated on our listings are ESTIMATED by Etsy based on Royal mail stated delivery times. We send all our items 1st class large letter with Royal mail after 1-3 business days. They state that 1st class takes around 1-3 business days (not including weekends) but it can be longer on occasions. This is not a guaranteed delivery date it is an estimate. Royal mail don't class a parcel as lost until after 10 business days.
