1 out of 5 starsDO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER! I purchased a gift for my daughter's heavily pregnant teacher who is leaving the school. I paid for express delivery but the item did not arrive. I chased a number of times. Eventually received item over two weeks later! School closed for Summer over a week ago and my upset daughter was subsequently unable to give her favourite teacher a leaving present so she was very disappointed. The seller did not offer an apology and only blamed the courier company. They refuse to refund me. Apparently the gift has now been delivered and is sitting outside my house for 3 weeks as we are now on holiday! The gift no use to anyone now. I raised a case with Etsy and only then did the seller agree to reimburse the express delivery fee, but still refuses to refund for the gift because the mug was personalised.

Flair Essentials is the "baby" of Ele & Manu, two friends that have been knowing each other for the past 23 years, working together for the past 5. Both married, from London, with 6 children, collectively.
Ele is a designer & Marketer (working for Big Tech US Companies, in her past life), who loves designing patterns and anything digital. She is also an avid DIY and crocheter dabbler, especially amigurumi, which she started making for her 2 little ones and for friends. Her design are original mixing passion for photography, interior design, pattern and textures together in something unique that creates emotions.
Manu is a finished crafter and DIY, that has travelled the country with her handmade creations, showcasing her creation in craft markets all around London. A passionate and natural photographer, she has a flair for classy textures, sparkles and jewellery.
Flair Essentials started trading in 2015 with our first batch of Essential Oils, a passion for Aromatherapy still profund (watch this space).
We are an happy team that enjoys working with each other, we provide a caring service to our customers, and we are proud of it. We work between our Middlesex warehouse and the London Studio, where we work hard to complete your orders. Every order and product is strictly checked by us and our team before dispatch. In other cases, where we use our suppliers, these have been strictly vetted, and work following our ethos.

When you will reply to my email?
Customer Service hours are weekdays only from 9am to 5pm via email. Any email sent during the weekend or Bank Holiday will be dealt with on the following working day.
We will reply to messages within 24 hours.
When will I receive my order?
We use Hermes or Royal Mail to ship our orders and we are not responsible for delays in delivery after dispatch. Delivery timeline is usually 2-3 days after dispatch for standard delivery (2nd Class). When ordering, please add dispatch time to the shipping times, which will varies, according to how long it takes us to prepare your product.

I haven't received my order
If you won't be in, we suggest you update your safe place or preferred neighbour for deliveries on Hermes website/app, before receiving the order.
Any wrong or incorrect address may result in undeliverable or delayed orders, which we will not be held responsible after dispatch.
If Hermes has attempted to deliver your parcel 3 times unsuccessfully, they will return it back to us. Any re-delivery will be at the customer expenses, by paying £2.95 shipping fee using the following link: https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/1004312589
In case your order has been lost due to courier, we will open a case with the courier and keeping you informed, while proposing you a replacement or a refund.Incorrect or wrong addresses do not qualify for refunds.
