I sent him pictures of my project and he sent back pictures confirming the exact dimensions by showing a measuring tape against the product to confirm critical information for the finished work. The packaging was perfection and the flames quality is everything I expected. I would say a 10 out of 10 on all counts. Definitely will be reordering.
