Gift wrapping and packaging
All Wedding Charms are packaged in pretty calico pouches with our own unique handmade branding, Wedding Hair accessories are packaged in sturdy gift boxes tied with a ribbon bow.
Please advise me as soon as possible if any items arrive damaged so a report can be made to Royal Mail. Photographic evidence would be a great help in filling this report so any images you can send of the damage would be great!
Return Procedure
Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Please note that you are liable for the cost of returning an item to us. We would advise items are returned to Flutterby Frippery using a tracked and recorded service.
Please return all items with their original packaging but in a new padded envelope to ensure they survive their journey through the postal system without getting crushed!
A full refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days of receiving your written request.
Please ensure you return the item/s in the same perfect condition that you received then. If an item is returned damaged due to unreasonable use and as result its value has diminished we reserve the right to deduct money from your refund.
Returning Goods From Outside The Uk
Returns made from outside of the UK must be returned marked as
"Merchandise being returned to original seller for refund"
on the customs form. If the package is marked incorrectly it would ensure the package be delayed by customs and a 20% fee plus £8 handling charge payable. This unfortunately would be deducted from any refund due. Marking the packaging correctly would ensure the package would not be stopped at customs and no fee would be applied therefore your refund could be made swiftly!
UK Shipping
All items are sent by Royal Mail Standard 1st Class Post which usually takes 1-3 business days to deliver however due to Covid 19 deliver is taking much longer.
Please remember I am not responsible for delays within the Royal Mail network.
Standard 1st class Post is not a tracked service. If you would prefer to upgrade to a tracked service please select Special Delivery at the checkout.
Damaged During Transit

International Shipping
I currently ship to the USA.
Items are sent by Royal Mail International Standard Service which is not tracked. If you would prefer your order to be tracked please upgrade to International Tracked & Signed at checkout.
CUSTOMS CHARGES.
Any customs and import tax charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are totally out of my control. A customs sticker will be affixed to the parcel with the value declared.
SHIPPING DELAYS.
Delivery times vary from country to country and whether the item has been held in customs. The estimated shipping times are a general guide only. Please remember that I am not responsible for any delays which occur in transit.
Are my items suitable for young children?
My designs are not suitable for children under the age of three due to the small parts.
