📌I can often make an order same day, so please message me if you need something short notice, otherwise usual listing processing times will be used...
📌 'Primary Colour' refers to the colour ribbon you would prefer, and the hardback/flower will be co-ordinated with your selected ribbon. If you need the hardback to be plain black you need to tell me so in your order Personalisation info area of your order. Tell me if the recipient is male, I use skeleton leaves and twine instead of ribbon and flowers on request
📌 I make ALL my own patterns so there’s NO LIMIT to requests. If you’d like something you don’t see in my shop or would like a variation of something you DO see please simply message me here... I don't charge to make new designs, just the flat book rate, as I gain a new listing when I create your pattern for you
📌 If for any reason there is a book genre you’d rather not be used please message me as books are selected purely by pagination, to ensure the pattern will fit the book, so are very much selected at random, and it’s to be expected that spine titles will vary
📌You can also request a favourite hardback, I can order it online and add it to your order total, and I will drop a clickable one step link into our conversation so it's really fast to do, and I order your book FOR you
📌 All my hardback books are 'like new/unread new' reclaimed books, saved from pulping mills where SO MANY unread books sadly end up. I only buy them at this stage, to give them every opportunity to have been purchased and read, we simply save/repurpose/give them a second chance to remain on the shelf
📌 Everyone is welcome to message me, no obligation to buy, and ask anything you like about your design/decoration options. Enquiries are never pushed to a sale, so ask away!
📌 If you need multiples of the same fold, to sell in street shop premises, please message me for a special bulk order custom price that will still allow you a profit margin, I am happy my art is being purchased in whatever way that is 💁🏻♀️
Policies:
Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of ordering, after which, orders drop into the making system and cannot be cancelled as per Etsy guidelines

Custom and personalised orders
I have a ton of listings, if you can't find what you need please ask and I will send you the link in the message conversation, for speed
I make all my own patterns so there is NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE to have a book pattern custom made, you only pay for the finished fold
As long as that can be adapted into a pattern I will happily make it for you for no extra cost
Message me with your requirements and once you have placed your order, I will begin to find you the perfect pattern, and then get to work!
You can choose your ribbon and flower colour when you place your order in the ‘Primary Colour’ option that appears on all listings
Sizing details
Most of the hard back books I use are between 19-22 cm tall
You can of course send me a specific book of your own as long as it is a hardback, and you are open to ideas for the fold if there are not enough pages for your original request
Please let me tell you how many pages you will need in your custom book BEFORE you buy it, as the pattern must of course fit or I can't fold it fully
We will of course do everything possible to fulfil your original request as we have various sizes of alphabet available to try and make your chosen word/image fit your special book
Care instructions
That's easy! It's minimal!
There really isn't anything you need to do as the folds are vertical so they don't gather dust so simply unbox, display and enjoy your book art!
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrap is listed and can be added to your order, I use florist style cellophane, and a pull bow, and for a more Eco friendly wrapping I stock recycled thick brown paper and jute twine so please let me know if you prefer Eco friendly or the cellophane gift wrap will be used
If you require a message to personalise your gift you can order from one of my message frames or wooden parcel tags from listings inside my shop
All books are bubble wrapped, and carefully protected inside the box, on all sides, and air pouches added to overseas parcels. My books ALWAYS arrive in pristine condition
One your order arrives, take it out of the box and stand it upright until you gift it
Wholesale availability
If you wish to purchase in bulk it can be arranged, and discount will be given. I love to see my art in shop premises!
There is a bulk option for orders of 12 books or over, and this can be used after we first speak by private message
If you are re-selling that is fine, but my folded book art makes are my own work, and so my business name and details must be displayed on any books resold
You are welcome to message me if you plan to order regularly to see if we can come to a mutually beneficial arrangement

Can I send or request a specific book to be folded
You can of course also send me a specific book of your own, as long as it is a hardback book, I can fold it
I can also order your book online if you prefer a duplicate copy of your own to be used, and invoice you the total order price via PayPal including the requested book costs which are usually fairly small

Custom and personalised orders
If no date has been provided for the occasion you are gifting on, orders are despatched from here in 1-6 business days or as stated on the listing
All orders are made in 'date required' order so let me know if you aren't gifting it straight away, so I can time your book arrival date, so you don't need to store it for any length of time before gifting
If you suddenly need to bring the date you receive your order forward, I will do this where possible but allow me time to try and move your order up, without causing delays for other customers who ordered before you
What Do I Need To Know About My Delivery When It Arrives
Once your order arrives, take it out of the box and stand it upright
All orders are made in date required ordered if a date has been given, making it easy to gift without storing at home or trying to hide it for too long
Hardback Decoration Options
You can request one of several upgrades for your hardback/outer finish including but not limited to:
1. Chalk paint and napkin decoupage
2. Paper covering with metal protective corners
3. Printed wording or photo collage/single photo overlay
4. Printed requests straight onto the natural hardback
