DOWLOAD
Your files can be downloaded from your Etsy Account page directly after purchase (www.etsy.com/your/purchases). Your items will arrive via a link in a PDF file to a Dropbox download (no account required) as the files sizes are typically very large. Custom designs will be emailed to you within 3 working days (although often I am much quicker than that!).

PRINT
Once downloaded, you can print out your files on your home or office printer, upload them to an online printing service such as Shutterfly or Snapfish, or email your files to a local print shop.

Typically, 5-12 image files are included in each purchase. Each listing states exactly the sizes that come with that specific print, so please check before purchasing to ensure your size is available.

* A sizes (international paper sizes up to A1 size - A6, A5, A4, A3, A2, A1)

If you purchase a personalised item, you are required to choose your dimensions during checkout, in which case only 1 size will be sent to you.

WANT A DIFFERENT SIZE?
No problem! Message me before purchase to discuss.

We recommend using 300gsm cardstock or heavyweight photo paper for your prints (which you can find on eBay and Amazon).

Glossy, semi-gloss, satin or matte selections are matters of personal preference, but our recommendation is matte paper.

When printing your files, be sure your printer's settings are set to print at "original size" or 100% to ensure proper sizing.

In addition, make sure your printer's colour management/colour correction is disabled before printing.

Please note that it's normal for colours to differ slightly from what you see on screen. This is due to computer screens being calibrated differently to printers.
