Tracey, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with our product and you’re certainly welcome to send it back for a refund. We have gotten mostly positive feedback direct from our customers so far, I would be interested to hear your take on it if you’d like to send us a private message. I would like to point out that the reason it took several months to receive your product is because the original shipment that was sent to you was marked as “delivered” by the carrier, but you claimed to have not received it. We sent a replacement out to you as soon as they were back in stock from our fabricator.
