Custom and personalised orders

I am happy to take commissions, either for a character that i don't have in my shop yet or for look-alike dolls of friends/family/celebrities, all i need is a photograph or picture. Whilst i do my best to make sure the turnaround time is as short as possible with all orders, please be aware that custom orders may take slightly longer.

My parcel has been "returned to sender". What does this mean?

All my international parcels will be dispatched using Royal Mail international tracked and signed postage. I will send you a notification via Etsy when your item has been dispatched and will also provide you with a tracking number. I strongly suggest that you keep this safe as it will allow you to track your items progress through the Royal Mail website.
If no one is home to sign for your parcel, it will go to your local delivery office/depot for you to rearrange collection/delivery.
If you do not do this within a reasonable amount of time, the parcel will be returned to me.
If you wish for me to resend the parcel, you will be subject to repeat postage costs.
Refunds of orders that fall into this category will not be accepted.

Do you accept returns?

I will only accept returns if the goods are faulty upon receipt or completely inaccurate compared to the original order. In the case of custom orders i will always send a photo of the finished item before posting, to make sure you are completely happy.

How long will my items be kept after being returned to sender?

I will keep items for a maximum of 6 months after they are returned to me. Should the recipient not get in contact after I have made them aware of the return, the items will then be eligible for re-sale to fulfill other orders. Should the recipient make contact after 6 months to arrange re-sending, I will gladly make another item to fulfill their order at no extra cost.

Cancelled orders

I can only accept cancellation of orders up to 48 hours after they have been placed.
