I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If an item arrives damaged, I will be more than happy to make a refund or send a replacement.

If your item does not arrive, I will send a replacement. Please read the delivery policy above for information of UK/airmail standard delivery times.

Please note that the colour of a product may vary between computer or tablet screens, and any slight variation in colour is not considered to make the item damaged or faulty.
I accept payment by Paypal, credit card and also accept Etsy gift cards.

It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to pay via the Paypal method.

Items will not be shipped until I receive notification of the payment being successfully made.
All items in this shop are physical products and will be required to be shipped to you. I will ship all items within the times stipulated on each individual listing. You will be notified if, in extreme circumstances, I am unable to fulfil this time scale, and a refund can be made immediately if requested.

All products for sale on the shop are available to ship worldwide. Please note that when sending to foreign countries, customs fees or import duties may apply. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to pay these fees.

Items in the UK are either shipped with first class royal mail or via a courier, depending on the size of your item. If the item is trackable, I will send you the relevant tracking information once the order is dispatched.

If you want to ensure the item is sent via a method that offers a tracked service, please email me and I can advise on any additional costs that may occur.

For orders placed outside the UK, the item(s) will not be tracked unless you ask it/them to be, which will require you to request a custom order so the relevant postage costs can be added on.

I will endeavour to respond to all custom order requests within 24 hours, usually a lot less.

Please send me a message and I will give you a delivery quote. For standard delivery, items are sent via airmail, whilst this is a cost effective service, delivery is not guaranteed. If an item does go missing in the post, I will send a replacement.

*Please note that for European orders sent by airmail, 20 working days must have passed before an item is considered lost, and 25 working days must have passed for orders outside of Europe, before I am able to send a replacement.
