From the 25th May 2018, all businesses will be required to be GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliant.
Looking after the personal information you share with us is very important and we want you to be confident that your personal data is kept safely and securely.
The only information we hold on you electronically is the information you send us when paying via PayPal or any information you message us on Facebook, Instagram or Etsy. The people with access to that are Laura Tucker (Owner) and Timothy Tucker (Admin). We do not share your information with third parties for promotion purposes.
Due to all payments being made via Etsy, we hold no information on your actual payment details.
With regards to accounting, we identify orders using a customer’s first name and the description of the item/s ordered. We do keep postage receipts for tax purposes and these do list a house number and postcode, these are stored securely.
If at any point you would like us to remove this information, we can do this by deleting your messages. Please note that all previous messages received that contain personal information including names, email addresses, postal addresses and payment information etc), will be deleted for your data protection. This means that if you have ordered from us previously and would like to order again, we will ask you for this information again.
When purchasing from us, you are giving your permission for your item to be photographed and used for marketing purposes. We are happy to block out any personal personalisation on the item.
In order for you to receive your goods, Frozen in time gifts works with Royal Mail as a delivery partner, who have their own GDPR policy and follows all regulations.
YOUR RIGHTS
You are entitled to request the following from Frozen in time gifts (these are called your Data Subject Rights and there is more information on these on the website for the Information Commissioners at www.ico.org.uk)
• Right of access to request your personal information and information on how we process it
• Right to have your personal information corrected if it is inaccurate
• The right to have your personal information deleted permanently
• Right to restrict the processing of your personal information
• Right to electronically move, copy or transfer your personal information in a standard form
• Right to object to the processing of your personal information
