Due to the individual nature of custom orders I am unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds for these items as it is not financially viable as a one person indie business. Thank you for your understanding with this.

I accept Paypal and Direct Checkout (credit/debit cards). Please ensure the address registered with your Paypal is the correct delivery address as I am not liable for any delays or additional postal charges due to incorrect details.

Please bear in the mind that due to the ongoing pandemic, there may be delays in the postal system that are beyond my control therefore I am unable to guarantee delivery by certain dates.

UK orders are posted standard second class and Royal Mail aims to deliver items within 2-3 working days.

International orders are sent standard airmail and can take anywhere from weeks to 2 months.

You won't receive a tracking number unless you upgrade your delivery to tracked shipping at the checkout.

I wrap all items with care and by hand with recyclable, biodegradable or repurposed packaging as in my business I aim to as eco-friendly as possible.

My orders make ideal gifts as items come packaged with screenprinted backings or tissue paper and use colourful stickers, twine and ribbon to jazz up your package! I hope you are able to repurpose my packaging or recycle it.

I include relevant care instructions in my listings. Please refer to individual product listings for appropriate care instructions for my handprinted/handmade products.

All items have been handmade or handprinted and packed by myself with a great level of care and attention however I am only human so if there's any issues please get in touch directly and I will be more than happy to rectify any problems with your order.
