Worldwide shipping cost is Free with standard trackable delivery by Royal Mail and we always keep proof of Postage so please cooperate to find delayed packet with your local Post office and try to communicate with us before opening any case as Postal service is out of our control but still we do our best to help our customer. So please be suggested that if your local Mail is known as SNAIL MAIL , please use our Express service to have a quick and reliable delivery which we generally use Fedex for all over USA and Canada and DHL for rest of the World. Australia, New Zeland and Canada lead time 10 - 15 working days if no delay with the Country's local postal services

Hand Embellished items by Gatsbylady London combine carefully selected gems, sequins and beads in beautifully intricate designs. It requires countless hours for each item to be hand embellished by Gatsbylady using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Due to this delicate process some loss of beads may occur.

Sometimes loose beads cause during transit as the local postal services do not handle the items nicely and put them all in their sacks throw one side to other and we cannot be hold responsible for this. Please always get in touch with us and we will help you to solve any issues you may have. We provide spare beads for each dress.
