I love illustrating, fluffies and drinking tea and coffee, so.............

Hello from me, Lizzie Windelinckx and 'Giddypup'.
I studied textiles many moons ago and now find myself illustrating.
I work with a pen and tablet in photoshop. I also use my hands to scan in painted and drawn textures.
I am inspired by mainly cute, colourful things. Furry faced fluffs are my weakness and as I am allergic to cats I observe them from a far.
I do however now have my very own 'breathing' Boston Terrier and of course I called her 'Giddy' and she does live up to her name. My Boston terrier illustrations, completed 'pre' Giddy are now a reality and I feel so lucky to be Giddy's mum. I decided on producing a range of ceramics, as I like my art to be useful and pleasing to some peoples eyes.

I only want happy customers, so I work hard to make your buying experience with me as easy as can be. Please note, Items sent to the USA , will take a little time but all items are sent tracked so we can both keep an eye on it. I always let you know when I have sent it together with the tracking number.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds are issued for faulty items. Please notify me immediately upon delivery if your item has arrived faulty. Email me a photograph and we can solve the problem. If a parcel is returned to us after Royal Mail have attempted delivery, redelivery costs are to be met by the customer.

I want to work with happy customers and try resolve all problems so please do contact me as soon as possible.
Payment
I accept all forms of Etsy payment.
I will post items once payment has cleared.
Overseas customers to pay any tax incurred.
Delivery
I aim to process orders in 1-2 days. I will keep proof of postage. I keep postage costs to a minimum by sending Royal Mail small parcel second class. I offer no refund for lost items in the post unless you have chosen the tracked option.

All items are wrapped in bubble wrap and housed in a branded sturdy box, covered in brown paper and sent with a giddy heart.

If damaged occurs on its journey to you please email me a photo immediately and we will get it sorted. (I only want happy customers).

Overseas orders may be taxed and all costs are payable by the customer. Please factor in the delivery times through customs.

If a parcel is returned to us after Royal Mail have attempted delivery, redelivery costs are to be met by the customer.
