5 out of 5 starsItem arrived quickly and was very nicely packaged in a box with a little bag too for the necklace to be placed in. Care had been taken so that it did not get tangled. The necklace is very pretty and dainty which is what I wanted as my daughter doesn't like large jewellery but the chain still has some thickness to it. I was really pleased with the engraving and my daughter was pleased with her gift, 3 stars for her 3 children.
